Pharmaceutical Reps

Gigante Catering has designed menu
packages specifically for the Pharmaceutical Industry.  While drug
representatives comprise a significant portion of our customer base, we
know that the Doctors, Hospital and Office Staff are really our
Clients.  In simple terms, “your Clients are really our Clients”.

We
know that the quality of our food, the timeliness of our service and
the professionalism of our delivery staff provide the opportunity for
the drug representatives to maximize their time in front of the doctors.


Gigante Catering menu options include a wide variety of foods that
integrate well in the medical office/hospital setting.  Vegetarian
alternatives are available with all menu packages.

Complete menus
including drinks and desserts are available, or food can be ordered ala
carte.

EVENT. WE DO, HOWEVER, TAKE TELEPHONE ORDERS 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS
A WEEK.

ORDERS MUST BE CALLED IN BY 8:00 A.M. THE DAY OF THE EVENT. THERE ARE
NO GUARANTEES WE CAN ACCOMMODATE "SAME DAY" ORDERS, BUT WE WILL MAKE
EVERY EFFORT TO DO SO.

baked into a flaky pie crust

Fresh Egg Casseroles $4.25 per person - eggs layered with cheddar and monterey

Pasta Selections - $8.25 per person with choice of salad and bread & butter
• Bow tie chicken pesto cream
• Penna and vegetables with roasted red pepper and tomato sauce
• Bow tie pasta with spinach, mushroom and artichokes in pesto cream sauce
• Penna pasta with chicken and grilled in a tomato vodka sauce
• Penna pasta with beef and marsala mushroom sauce
• Bow tie pasta with salmon in a lemon, caper and sun dried tomato sauce
•  meat lasagna with  meat sauce
• vegetable lasagna with marinara sauce
• Penne meatball casserole - baked with meat sauce and three cheeses
• Chicken cannelloni - over roasted red pepper sauce and topped with alfredo
and cheese
Chicken Selections - $8.50 per person with one side dish, salad and bread & butter
• Grilled chicken florentine - marinated chicken breasts topped with spinach,
cannelinni beans, roasted red peppers and pesto cream sauce
• Balsamic chicken - balsamic marinated chicken topped with artichokes, leeks,
sun-dried tomatoes and garlic wine voluté

• Grilled pork chops with mushroom cream sauce
• Funky’s grilled italian sausage with grilled peppers and onions
• Herb roasted pork loin with garlic lime sauce
• Chicago style italian beef with giardinaire vegetables - served with hoagie
buns
• Eye round of beef with mushroom marsala sauce
• Beef and broccoli stir fry
Seafood Selections - $9.95 per person with one side dish, salad and rolls & butter
• Snapper Pontchartrain – browned butter with shrimp and crab meat
• Grilled salmon with a creamy dill sauce
• Almond crusted grouper with mango salsa
