I was looking for a new catering service for an evening business dinner. I completed an online survey that then provided several different caterers that served the Lansing area. They must have sent my information to the caterers too, because that afternoon Mr. Larry Holman from Gigante Catering called me and left me a message giving me the web site to review if I wanted and his number. When I went online, I thought that it was only for those who have parties of 100 or more. I then left a message for Mr. Holman indicating that I thought our business meeting did not meet their 100 people requirement, but that if I misunderstood to please contact me. And he did! There are 10 members on the committee and it was for the next evening. Gigante Catering was up to the task!

The members sometimes can be a “little” picky regarding what they eat. Some won’t eat, some call ahead to see what we’re having and may pick-up something to bring to eat at the meeting and others will pick things off. This didn’t happen; the members went back for seconds and some thirds!! Some even asked where I ordered from. I think they wanted to go to the restaurant to see what else they had to offer.

I believe Mr. Holman went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The food and service was fantastic! I will recommend Gigante Catering to everyone! In fact, Gigante Catering is already scheduled to provide catering service again in October 2007, for our next meeting.
