Topped with broccoli, seafood and creamy hollandaise sauce Bayou Chicken:  Spicy chicken and curly noodles in a rich cream sauce. Seasoned with Cajun spices that make you feel like you are back at the bayou. Stir Fry Chicken or Beef:  Your choice of chicken or beef tossed with a medly of fresh vegetables and special seasonings that make this dish complete.     Baked Herbed Chicken Seasoned chicken tossed in Italian bread crumbs and baked to perfection.  Broiled Chicken  Chicken broiled in a special herb coating.
