We are happy to customize a menu to fit a specific need. Your event is important to us. We will do everything possible to meet your budget and create a personalized menu for your special occasions.
First Sample Menu

Seasoned chicken tossed in Itialan bread crumbs and baked to perfection.
Broiled Chicken
Chicken broiled in a special herb coating.
Rosemary Chicken
Chicken marinated with Dijon mustard, olive oil, rosemary and fresh garlic and oven roasted to perfection.
Chicken Piccata
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes, garlic, wine and capers.
Chicken Divan
Boneless breast of chicken oven broiled and topped with steamed broccoli and tossed in a rich creamy cheese sauce.
Chicken Francais
Egg-battered chicken breast sautéed with sherry wine, lemon and butter.
Chicken Saltimbocca
Chicken sautéed with prosciutto, sage, mozzarella, and marsala sauce.
Chicken Pazzo
Grilled chicken breasts, prosciutto, artichokes, wild mushrooms, and escarole in white wine butter sauce.
Chicken Parmigiano
Chicken cutlets pan fried and baked with mozzarella and tomato sauce.
London Broil
Beef of Tenderloin thinly sliced and served with sauteed mushrooms in a burgandy cream sauce.
